Summertime and commuter-fashion is crazy....

The sun comes out and people think about clothes... It's nice to see some fresh interesting outfits in the old BART station these days... and then there's the people who temporarily forget they don't live in LA or Miami and their office is on the beach... I've seen entirely too many tank tops worn by women with flabby winter white skinned arms, sundresses (for the office!) and the biggest offender - flip flops with suits... I mean worse than the aforementioned Capri-suit and shorts-suit, are the thought that you can wear flip flops with suits... even if you do work in a casual environment, how can you justify flip flops with a suit?

on other summer fashion notes - I'm going to attempt to head out on Thursday or Friday after work to just pick up a cute summer wedding dress for my good friend Mateo's wedding this coming weekend... But i find I've been forewarned...

let's add a new word to the fashion lexicon "ug ley"

suits are meant to be formal and give the air of professionalism. this is absolutely wrecked when the the bottom half of the suit is shorts or capri's...

please remember to work that full length mirror folks... and if you don't have one of those you must have a friend.
